Lead Time
A number of our products are hand crafted and imported. There can be a production lead time before they are ready to be sent to you. The specified lead time is on the individual product page.
We work with specialist suppliers to provide handpicked products just for you. These suppliers may offer different delivery times.
Full tracking information will be sent to you and updated accordingly to keep you updated on where your goods are and how long they may be.

High Value Items
All deliveries will need to be signed for. We will notify you how to track your order(s) and when they will be delivered.
If no-one is available, the courier will leave a card for the delivery to be rebooked.

Deliveries of multiple items
Your items may arrive on different days from different couriers - you won't be charged for additional deliveries.
We may split your order to provide you with the items in the most efficient manner.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Delivery outside of UK Mainland may incur local customs duties and taxes, which are outside of our control. These are unable to be calculated in advance. Any local customs duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient of the goods.
In the event any local customs duties and taxes are refused by the recipient of the goods, the goods may be destroyed or returned to the sender - in both cases, no refund for the goods will be issued under any circumstances.
Our policy lasts 14 days.
